Steeped in Style offers the following Shipping Policy:
Shipping rates are automatically calculated in checkout.  All orders received on a business day by 2 pm EST are shipped the same business day.  Orders placed after this or over the weekend will go out the next business day. We offer standard, next day service and two day service for all orders within the continental United States.  Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery with standard shipping.  We ship orders to most countries outside the United States and standard international shipping only is applied.  Please allow 1-6 weeks for delivery.  Please e-mail us at twoteagirls@steepedinstyleteas.com if there are additional questions about international packages.

Steeped in Style offers the following Returns Policy:
We want you to be happy with your new purchases, and will gladly accept a return of any item you do not wish to keep within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of tea.  Tea is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping the unwanted items back to us.  Please e-mail us with your request for exchange or return.  We will send you a confirmation e-mail with all the necessary information. Please note:  If you return a product due to damage or company error, we will gladly assist you with a refund or store credit. If a product is returned due to customer's dislike after it has been opened and tried, we will assist you with a refund or store credit for these items less a 35% disposal fee.  No refund will be made for shipping charges.  Since the product is no longer usable for resale, the fee covers a small percentage of the company's loss.
